Terms & Conditions

1.  The Vietnam Golf Classic (VGC) is an individual leisure tournament format package for   4 nights and 3 rounds organized by Golftripz Pte Ltd.

2.  Above mentioned itinerary is fixed and cannot be changed or modified for individual   preferences.

3.  The VGC is designed based on a minimum of 30 playing participants. Slots will be   blocked on payment of the deposit which will be on first come first   served basis. If the   minimum no of playing participants is not reached, Golftripz Pte Ltd reserves the right   to cancel the VGC.

4.  Pursuant to Point no 3 above, the final decision to hold the VGC will be taken on 23  January 2026 after considering the total confirmed participation. If the decision is to   cancel the VGC, then all payments received towards the tournament package will be   eligible for a 100% refund. However, Golftripz Pte Ltd will not be liable for any   expenses such as flights, visa charges, insurance or any other costs incurred directly or   indirectly due to the cancellation of the VGC and strictly no refund requests for these   will be accepted. This applies regardless of reason for cancellation. Considering this we recommend booking your flights only after 23  January 2026.

5.  While Point 3 relate to cancellation due to insufficient participation, refunds for   cancellations made by registered participants will be subject to the package   refund/cancellation policy, which is stated to the bottom.

6.  TRAVEL INSURANCE: Before proceeding with the payment, participant must buy   travel insurance that covers the duration of the trip, including medical expenses, trip   cancellation, and personal belongings in favor of each traveller buying the package. You   may choose insurers of your choice.

7.  For any cancellations/changes in dates due to pandemic, force majeure or reasons   which are beyond the control of Golftripz Pte Ltd, refunds if any will be in accordance   with the policy of the providers of the various components of the package.​​​

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• Initial Deposit to reserve your slot: A deposit of USD 75 is required initially to confirm your participation.

• This deposit will be adjusted against the total package price.

• The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before 20 Jan 2026.

• 20 Jan 2026 – 50% of the package price

• 25 Feb 2026 – Balance 50% of the package price

CANCELLATION  POLICY

• Cancellations between 21 Jan – 24 Feb 2026: 50% of the package price will be charged.

• Cancellations after 24 Feb 2026: 100% of the package price will be charged
